I had a pleasant stay at Little Hanoi Hostel, thanks to its great location and friendly staff. The cleaning could use a bit of attention, especially in shared bathrooms, but the staff were super accommodating. I appreciated the help they offered in booking tours and making my stay comfortable, even allowing me to use a room briefly after a long night journey.

I stayed in a dormitory room, which was a good budget option. However, the bathroom setup made everything wet during showers, and the bed could be a bit hard for my liking.

Overall, my stay at Little Hanoi Hostel was quite enjoyable. The central location made it easy to explore the vibrant streets of Hanoi, and the friendly staff really made a difference. I appreciated the helpfulness of the team in organizing my trips to Sapa and Halong Bay, which were both fantastic experiences. However, there were a few hiccups during my stay, like a loose bathroom hose and some basic housekeeping issues that could have been smoother.

My stay at Little Hanoi Hostel was quite pleasant overall. The friendly and helpful staff made my experience nice, and I truly appreciated their assistance with booking trips. However, I did encounter a few issues with my room, which I hadn't expected in terms of dampness.

Rooms

I stayed in a Superior Double Room for two nights. While the room was spacious, it had a damp feel to it, which was less than ideal, especially with the sheets and towels. I was hoping for a more comfortable environment after long days out. However, the breakfast was good and really helped kick-start my mornings.
Service

The service at the hostel was excellent. Thang in particular was very kind and accommodating, especially when I returned from a sleeper train at 5 am and needed a place to freshen up. They also organized my Halong Bay cruise quickly and efficiently, which I greatly appreciated.

Dining

The breakfast provided was decent and definitely a nice perk for starting the day. I particularly enjoyed the home-baked offerings, which added a comforting touch to my stay.
Facilities

The facilities were adequate for my needs. The 24/7 reception was super handy, and I appreciated the laundry service. However, I did note the lack of an elevator, which may not be ideal for everyone, though it wasn’t a major issue for me.
